Description:Physicians are at the forefront of driving high-quality, cost-effective patient care. Physician leadership within multidisciplinary teams can enhance patient outcomes while controlling costs. Dr. Batson will discuss the value of team-based care with physician leadership, how to foster collaboration, and strategies for overcoming common challenges from the healthcare team as well as the patients.
